LES BA’GET -1717 W 34th St Suite 800, Houston, TX 77018 When I was living in Houston for 2 years, this place was my go to when came to Vietnamese cuisine! Everything from the Pho, Baguettes, Lemongrass Bone Marrow, to the Egg rolls are absolutely delicious, BUT my favorite dish they have is what is shown in the picture. The Steak & Eggs is comprised of 2 fried eggs, filet mignon, Vietnamese pork sausage, and a buttered baguette with Pâté.
The Pit Room-1201 Richmond Ave, Houston, TX 77006 If you have a free day in Houston, and want to try some incredible BBQ then I highly recommend The Pit Room. Such a unique establishment of new, and old school BBQ. If you are in the mood for standard meat by the pound, they got you covered, but if you are in the mood for BBQ tacos, prepare to have your mind blown. Also, for desert they have ice cream sandwiches with cookies as the binders. Prepare to be in a beautiful food coma after you are finished. My personal favorites are the Brisket, Pork Ribs, and Mac & Cheese.
